Sierra to Cortina Balljoint.

What specification taper is the cortina lower balljoint. ? The Sierra BBJ hole is a smaller taper..

I did read on here is it 8:1 (1.5" per foot)
Someone also said they had used a simply hand reamer from Axminster and it worked..

any other solutions..?
