anyone no the bolt size of Triumph bushes. as mate of mine said he had some i could have for free

Hi depends which bushes as some are 7 1/6 as per westfield .

The Herald/Spit bushed part number 119451 use a 3/8" bolt. Part number 119450 uses a 7/16" bolt and then there is a 1/2" ID triumph bush, but i cant remember the part number. I used the 1/2" bushes throughout my car, but my suspension bolts are in single shear.
