hello, I have forgot to put the circlip on the speedo drive and i have paneled up the car. I have now removed the panels but it is well hard to get the right circlip into the housing. Does any 1 have a picture of the circlip or know the size thanks

I don't know the size - but I know your pain...

I made a 2" hole in the tunnel side panel for the sole purpose of getting at the speedo drive. Normally it has an ali panel pop-riveted over it, but it can be removed fairly easily if I have further problems.

stuff the circlip last night i got fed up and drilled and tapped a 5mm hole put a bolt in and loads of loc tight job done!

I lost the original and found one that was a bit too big. I cut one end off it and it went in easily , I hope it comes out the same.

my mate managed to get 1 that fitted but then it came out while driving. so he had to take the body panels off his totaly finished car.
