t.j. - 10/8/07 at 07:16 PM

Steering wheel, as i'm positioning the wheel I need to know the outer diameter of a normal wheel for a seven.
I have only the standard wheel from a sierra.

Maybe someone has a XR4i, iS or cosworth wheel diameter?

Thx

I would say around the 300mm mark.
Although there are lots smaller and a few bigger, I'd say 300mm is about normal.

Go on somebody, disagree

What's 'normal' got to do with a seven?
I'm going with a 12" (not a 300mm, back off Brussels)Mountney, 'cos it was both new and cheap.
Some have larger, some have smaller.
I would also think the ratio of you rack may be an influencing factor.

12" and 300mm is more or less the same size.

He wants no mm, that's why he says back off brussels

Come on; give up does silly measurements.

Inch; 2.54 cm , pounds; 0.4535 kg, elbow, feet, mile; 1.6 km,

much easier:
meters, and grams

you don't need anymore

320mm here - about right with a quick rack too.

Well somebody had to.

I've got 12" (nyah, nyah)

Plenty small enough when you've got a quick rack. Couldn't be any larger, as I wouldn't be able to get my legs under it.

The one in my car measures 320mm. But I have also a spare one that measures 300mm and I don’t use. Perhaps interesting?:
