Which wheel studs?
donut - 15/9/07 at 07:30 AM

Going to be putting my escort axle back together shortly and will most likely need spacers for the wheels and longer wheel studs. looking on the burton website they have sets of spacers with studs but not sure which to go for. The studs i have are very short and look like they have been cut down so will need to be replaced

Wheels at the mo will be 13" sierra steels which have RWD offset but not sure how much. The rears have 185/70 13's so which spacer set would be better?

Choice is:
10, 19, or 25mm wide. I'm guessing M12 is the thread i need.

So what you guy's got or could suggest ?

It really depends on the thickness of your particular wheels. Just measure the thickness of the hub plus wheel and add enough to come just proud of the wheel nut.

Odds are 25mm will be needed.

Any Sierra wheels I have seen are narrow track eg fwd offset (!) and won't fill the arches.

I have looked at a few pics and i must admit they do look no good.
