just a thought as a lot seem to want the 3.14 diesel ratio would a 2.73 or a 3.08 be any good, cheap from america to fit the 7.5 granada diff, $245 or
$198 thats about £125 or £100 new, and not to much to ship, ship the crown wheel and pinion in different boxes to keep single box weight under 20Ib
and its only about £40 to ship with USPS and to get round duty and customs put warranty replacement part £0 value on invoice.

Just a shame they don't do 7" gears. 3.08 would give me 100 km/h in 1st. Perfect for 0/62 runs.
heh heh! what diff do you have and what do you get in 1st now then? ive got a 3.62 in mine (i think) and hits the rev limiter in 1st at 58mph!
These gears do not fit the Sierra or UK Granada diff.
They are for US Ford 7.5in axles. The only gears similar in the UK are twin rear wheel Transit axles but the main pinion head bearing journal in
different.
The easiest way to see the difference is the UK Sierra 7in or 7.5in has the pinion bearing preload nut half way down the shaft then another nut on the
end to hold the flange on.

The highest standard ratio for a 190 twin wheel is 4.63
The lowest being 5.83 and 5.14 was in the middle.
I am not aware of any cwp sets that will swap.
Until the year 2000 Transit axle parts were very much just a european item, since the year 2000 they share some parts with the Explorer and F150 pick
up.
i think its a 4.63 thats in mine, remember looking at the tag and it was the best i new of, will have to look at fitting a newer axle if they are based on the explorer, if thats the 8.8 explorer.
