I've just finished building my Avon and noticed going to full lock i get my top wishbone slide up and down on the steel tube in the poly bush.
if i re did the wishbone to change to rose joints would this cause any major problems, i have read about increase in vibration/bumps?
Wishbone bush sizes and crush tubes lengths aren't set up properly
yeah i can see that they are wrong, Typical Tiger thing i think,.
i was wondering if i converted to rose joints would this cause problems?
just i can get more adjustment from rose joints.
Is the crush tube tight between the bracket sides?
If so, use a washer with a hole bigger then the crush tube to hold the poly bush tight in there as well.

I would stick with the poly bushes if you can - rose joints that will handle the punishment of a wishbone are around £25 each. Any cheaper than this
and they will quickly fail.
Also poly bushes insulate you from a surprising amount of road noise.
thanks Razman, thats answered my question of other problems from having rose joints, althou i have about 16 fairly expensive joints that probably wouldn't break but noise cost be a problem
