I have worked round to the rear axle on my "80% complete Locost" and it seems to have identical brake backplates on both sides, either two O/S or N/S. Any quick pointers as to identifying N/S from O/S? any source other than Ebay for a new one?
p.s. Be very, very wary of part built projects

Can't you identify them by the hand brake cable entry, IIRC this should point towards the front of the car. Don't know where you would get a new one though, sorry. Cheers Ray
