Steering colum

what colums have you guys used? i need to source a steering colum but all the sierra ones i can find seem to be adjustable, does this matter?

You can use the adjustable type or try a granada.

Mines from a 1985 Opel Kadett. None adjustable.

so what do i get, everything? scrappy quotes me £30 for everything thats colum switches sterring wheel cowling etc etc i was just going to get everthing that i could

If you get one from a scrappie try to get the connectors for all of the switches, will make the wiring easier .

My Civic column cost me $100 with the ignition, headlights, wipers switches. Only used the column itself though. 30 pounds sounds OK to me from here. You will probably need the cowling.
