hi have put some of the wishbones together and in place today but they seem abit tight to move them up and down is this normal untill the car has been moving or is there something wrong

Crush tube too short? If the bolts are slackened off do the wishbones move?Do a search for crush tubes , subject has been covered in depth. Had the same problem with mine, in the end I dismantled the suspension to sort it out . A lot easier to sort it out now.
