I'd be looking into a Freelander diff and new driveshafts if it were me.

maybe freelander is the way to go

I would go the 3.38 diff, the 3.14 diff might be too tall for a BEC imho.

I have bought mine in Hungary for considerably cheaper. If you are interested, I could check if I find another one... I am going to the UK at the end of May to pick up my kit by car, so depending on your location we could meet up somewhere.
