Anyone got any solutions to creeking suspension. I was very maticulous on the build in greasing every bush prior to fitting, however, to my dismay, 8 month after completing it squeeks and creeks.

Any solutions, without completely dismatling.

It could the the bolt squeeking against the crush tube

Possibly wd40 inside the crush tube would sort it?

If not just check that the spring is not catching the body of the damper, this happened on my f27 and drove me mad until i took the tension off that wheel and turned the spring round90 degrees buy hand and it cleared the body then.

Dont know how that worked as its a curcle around a circle but i guess they were not central to each other like they should have been.

Dow Corning silicone grease or similar is used at main dealers to lubricate anything which may be in contact to rubber (sunroof rubbers, window mechanism, boot & door locks, etc). As is't silicone it won't attack the rubber and sticks around longer than WD40.

just for your info, my Viento has just started to squeak on the rear arm (left hand side) like yourself i greased it alll up on assembly.
been on the road for just over as year!

There's no permanent quick fix I'm afraid. They need stripping down and doing again. The second time we assembled our wishbones on the Indy, we completely filled the void between the two poly bush halves with grease before inserting the crush tube. We never had any creeking whatsoever for over two years and when we stripped them down a few weeks ago, they were in really good condition (given the hammer they get).

If you still have a load of squeeks it may be because the crush tubes are too short. Had the same problem with my Luego , ended up stripping all of the suspension down, cleaned all the weld penetration ,etc from inside the bones , lubricated and reassembled with no improvement . In the end I nipped the w/bone in a vice so that crush tube was nipped and tried to rotate the w/bone around the crushtube. You need either longer crush tubes or to skim the outer section of the polybush. Might be worth doing a search as it has been covered pretty well ?

Lubing the joints periodically can help to keep noise under control. However one reason why poly bushes tend to squeak is own to the grade used. Mine have something else in the mix and tend not to squeak as a rule.

I have also lubed and took care not to overtighten on assembly.
