I think headlight height may be an issue.

does anyone else find the idea of going 0-60 in 2 seconds and 170 mph IN A TINY GO KART quite scary?

these are very quick and very scary and no roll bar!

unless you've driven a gearbox kart before it'd take a lot of getting used to aswell.

the say cheap and easy to maintain, as lnog as you don't have too many problems with the 2 stroke engine...

Ned.

I have talked to some people who run Karts like this in the US. They said they are BRUTAL on your body not for old guys like me.

I don't understand how they can say the running cost of these things is cheap!? They go through tyres at a rate of knots, as soon as you start the engine up they practically need a re-build again! Having spoken to people that race karts it seems cheaper to do a years car racing then it is to run a kart for a year.

However, I would still really love a go in one!

very scary F3 speeds on a long circuit with gravel traps and no seat belts! I was at Brands Hatch for the kart GP some years ago,two drivers died that weekend.Gearbox karts need to race on kart circuits.
