£25 a corner.£50 if they need polishing.

had 2 sets donw by these guys so far, fine job, but they dont repair cracks or buckled wheels just re powdercoating

You will find that costs per unit can vary a lot. I've heard about people who offer a £20 per wheel price
I'm not sure how they can do it at that price but each to there own. I'm sure that they lose out on this but must gain on other services.





I've over 28 years in dealing with magnesium wheels. Refurbishment and can powder coat most metal parts. Visit my web site if you wish..

Rub them back to bare metal, fill imperfections with liquid metal type ish product, then powdercoat ?

If you are going for powdercoat mate they should be chemically stripped and the blasted. You wont be able to get a good bare metal finish by rubbing. Surface must be very clean and grease free for powdercoat to take.

Rub out imperfections, fill with filler, and paint with silver (or white, or dark grey etc) from a spray can... If same colour, you could use 2 or 3 large tins from Halfords. If changing colour, more like 4 tins needed. Halfords spray paint is a little dear, but you get what you pay for...
