Braided Hose (rear)+ P Clips- advice please
After months of gathering parts/refurbing donor parts , I am now ready to start bolting bits to the chassis.
1st job is to sort n fix rear brake pipes. I have 8'' Sierra drums which need a flexi from drum to chassis connector.
Where best to get these? Tiger offer at about 20 quid + vat each, will I get them cheaper or is it not worth the hassle?
Going to use kunifer 3/16 pipe so will need some P Clips, but you lot use all different sorts !
plastic - metal - rubber lined - OE type ?????????
Ta in advance

Use proper brake pipe clips much easier , quicker, cheaper and neater than P clips

I used rubber lined metal P-clips, but I can't remember what size they were.

I went for the stainless ones
5mm Rubber Lined P Clips Stainless Steel x10 | eBay
Bought 50 5mm ones, and 50 8mm for the fuel lines.
Should have loads spare so if you can hang on a few weeks (possibly months!) then il be selling off the spares!

Ive used 10 in the engine bay, 4-5 around the pedal box, about 4-5 in the tunnel and 3 on the rear.
Ive spaced them quite close (about 150mm) more pics here http://locostbuilders.co.uk/forum/7/viewthread.php?tid=149348
