5.1 synthetic brake fluid ?

Hi

I was going to bleed my brakes soon, and some time ago bought some new fluid, but in my haste i bought 5.1 synthetic
can that be used in an old mk2 escort setup ?
As im sure i used 4 or 4.1 sythetic last time, and not sure if this 5.1 is suitable

5.1 should be fine, and is technically a better fluid, though needs changing more frequently.
