Front brake flexi's and the IVA.

Following on from this thread a few years ago... http://locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=122913

Is it acceptable to attach the flexi's to the wishbones/ wingstays? And is it acceptable to put a rubber sleeve over the pipe where it contacts with the wishbones?

I've tried all the usual loops/ twists in the pipe to try and get clearance on the flexi's but im not having much luck.

Any help appreciated as usual
Thanks, Mark.

Hi
We just cut a piece of fuel line tube slit it put it over the flexy then cable tied it
to the wing brackets which move the same , use 2 cable ties in cross formation otherwise it will pull the flexy to one side.
keep the sharp side of the ties on the inside , where he can't get his ball in (sharp edges), better still use the flat cable ties.
IVA man was happy with that ( Mitcham Dec 11)

definitely not to the wishbones
good luck
René
