Alternative lower ball joint sierra upright ?

I'm changing my front uprights and need to find a two pin bottom ball joint like the old fiesta type to suit my lower arms , anyone used anything other than the maxi type ?

Humm you do need to think about where the loads are, the maxi ball joint is not ideal for the lower wishbones on a locost ect. The suspension is trying to pop out the ball (as the shock is normally putting it's load on to the end of the wishbone).. We seem to get way with it but I think this is not the original function in the maxi ball joint.. So what you choose will depend on your application..
