Caliper please Identify. M16?
As above what are these?
They came with a rusty set of tina uprights I bought,
Also what size discs will I need?!?!?!

If there tina then they should be m16. I really would think about exchanging them instead of doing them your self. By the time you have bought seals
and new pistons there wont be a lot in it.
But yes you could dump them in a bucket as is and it wont hurt anything.

look like m16's to me!
Not sure on disc size as I can't measure mine atm!
With regards to cleaning- judging by the condition its probably worth replacing the seals anyway so your method should be fine!

Can't you tell by getting a pad out and checking the diameter that's described by the top edge of the pad?
