Mk indy wishbone bolts

Recently took my wishbones off for a strip and respray. The bolts that were on the car weren't quite right as the shank wasn't long enough so I need to order some more. My car is at a friend's unit and I can't get to it for at least a week. Anyone got specs for the right bolts so I can get some ordered? Thanks

Only way you will get the shank long enough is to run bolts that have loads of threads sticking out of the nylock,or cut them down to the correct length.
You won't find bolts off the shelf with the correct shank to thread length, hence why they supply the bolts you have!

To do the job correctly you need to swap over to 1/2 UNF bolts too,as the supplied M12 ones are too small for the poly bush crush tube and the holes in the brackets on the chassis.
To do this you need to drill out the brackets on the chassis slightly though,as 1/2 UNF needs a 12.8mm hole.
