relays near steering column

I am about to fix my relays to the aluminium plate over the footwells. The length of the wires and teh placing of other items mean that the end relay will be very close to the steering column. The top of the relay is a few mm lower than the bottom of the column and it will be to the side of the column as well so there may be 10mm clearance There isn't a risk of them touching, I'm more worried about what might be said at SVA. Is this likely to be a problem?

Yes, the column on my VortX goes over the foot well chassis rail, not under.
