Locost ball joints

I am building a Locost, and according to the book one is to use a Cortina ball joint, however they do not fit the wishbones, has anyone got an alternative that I could use??

What wishbones?

Your own? Or a manufacturers ones?

If you've bought MK's for example then they are designed around using a Maxi BJ.

And that manufacturer is....

This is like pulling teeth!

Have you spoken to them? Asked them what BJ they've designed them for?

Maxi ball joint as in the ball joint from an Austin Maxi! It's even mentioned in The Book as suitable alternative.

Cheers,

James
