Ford Steering Column Boss
Will a steering wheel boss for an Escort fit a Sierra column? Did uncle Henry have a standard fitment?

no, not afaik.
the sierra column has a hexagonal taper, and iirc, the escort has splines.

My Sierra column does have a hexagonal taper.

Mk 1 and 2 had splines , suspect later Escorts have tapered hexagon same as Sierra
