escort axle bearings
can anyone tell me if the wheel bearings in a mk2 escort axle from an RS2000 are the same as the standard axle, my local motor factor says there are 2
types, and without the chassis number of the car, can't tell me which one i need???.

If it's a Mk2 RS2000 then its an English axle as non of these had the Salisbury axle fitted as standard.
Quinton Hazell part number QWB148C.
DO NOT PUT ON KNOB OR BOLLOCKS!

I think Ray has the English axle.
Is it only one tye of bearing then for all English axles?
Cheers,

No probs Ray.
Thanks for the bits!
If you ever bend an axle racing, I have a spare one you can have.
Oh, also got a spare casing (or two) if you bend one of those!
