Brake pipes - right angled connection / banjo.
hi All
I've just fitted rear calipers (see separate threads) and the brake hose entry to one of the calipers is pretty close to the panhard rod
mounting. I can get acopper pipe with a bend in no problem, but I'd like to use the braided hoses I have directly into the caliper. The fitting
is metric (8mm).
Does anybody do an 8mm banjo fitting - I've found loads of 10mm but can't find anybody doing 8?
Regards
Wyn

Are you sure it's 8mm pipe thread??
10mm is much more common.

I'm confused!
They're definitely not 8mm! Closer to 10mm. Possibly 3/8" UNF but I don't think so! How do I check? None of my measurements are
helping! As the calipers are Peugeot, I'd guess they are metric?

They use M7 for bleed nipples, but then so do a few others too!
