Brake Refurbishment - Brake Seals

Does anybody know where I can get new brake seals for Ford Sierra Calipers.

I've tried the usual motorfactors and Ford, who all say that the brake seal kits are no longer avialable and the only option is an exchange caliper!!

Can any body help here???

Many thanks

Ian
