witch is best oil to put in rebuilt shocks coil overs

You can get bike fork oil in different grades or some rebuildable bike shocks use auto trans fluid.

Fork oil, autotransmision fluid, or hydraulic jack oil.
If using transmission fluid avoid sythetic transmision fluid -- ie Dextron III as this might allow the seals to shrink.
