It depends on what quality joints you buy and what you subject them too, how often you clean them and whether you run them with the protective boot or not.

Track use then rose joints would be an advantage but for road use then why not just go for normal tophat bushes?

i dont think that will work properly, it will bind up due to the hub having 4 linkages and there being no realistic chance of the arms being equal to within a mm - thats the width of a thread on many roses. 3 in a similar layout would be ideal, i would have two vertical and one infront, so that adjusting toe wont also change camber. Also, you may want to throw in a pair of left hand threads on two of them, again so you can adjust it to less than single thread turns.

these are going to be the rear drive wheels would they twist if you have less mounts because theres going to be about 200bhp driving the wheels. i thought that the power would cause them to. thats why i was going to use 4 points top and bottom with the braces but i dont really no cus its all new to me

trust me, 4 is a hell of a lot harder to do than 3 and there is no benefit at all. 4 is less adjustable then 3. Nearly every IRS car out there uses 2 roses to the bottom and one to the top.

i mean the wheel end though, 4 inside is standard too!

I've used 3 rose joints at the wheel and 4 poly bush joints at the dif end.

This is the sort of hub you should go for.
The top has one horizontal rose joint and the bottom fixings have two vertical ones:
