hub/rack thread sizes

Hi
Please can someone help me out with the thread sizes for the 2 caliper to upright bolts and the 4 disc to hub for a cortina 3/4/5 upright and hub.
Also the thread for an escort steering rack end.
Cheers
Dave

Caliper to upright bolts are definately M12

Disc to hub bolts are M8 IIRC. You also need locking tabs for those, available from ford AFAIK.

The track rod thread is M14 on MK2 escort racks.

Caliper fixing holes

If your calipers came off Cortina uprights the holes will be clearance for M12, however some M16 calipers have clearance holes for 7/16"UNF bolts, making them about 1mm smaller. I think these calipers would have originally been fitted to cars with strut type suspension, Escort and Capri.
