Wheel Refinishing

I've a set of Superleggeras which are painted white and I want to paint them silver.

Is sand blasting too fierce or would I need bead blasting - or is it the other way around ?

Anyone recommend a good paint stripper ?

Cheers,

Lyn.

Sorry I can't comment on the blasting front but with my tin top wheels I just opted for a quick flick over with a bit of 200 grit, a touch of filler here and there followed by blowing over with a can or two of wheelie paint and then laquered. Wheels are still good today 4 years on though a little scuffed now
I guess it depends on how far you want to go with them though.
