Donor brakes for 8" wheels
What donor vehicle can I rob for its brakes, hubs and possibly uprights that will fit inside 8" diameter wheels.
MSVA won't allow cable operated brakes so trailer stuff is out.

Scooters are no good because the wheels are mounted both sides, I want a 4x4" PCD brake and hub.
Karts don't have front brakes.
I'll have a look at quads.

gearbox karts have front and rear brakes with adjustable bias, google kelgate, they are a respected kart brake manufacturer.

bike discs tend to be 160mm, but you can get other sizes. You also see 'em on minimotos. Look a bit lightweight for any sort of car though

Don't think you'll get car stuff- Issigonis designed the Mini with 8" wheels, but Girling (or was it lockheed or...) said "we
can't do brakes that small..."- I think the Mk1 mini has the smalles wheels fitted to a road car at 10".
