where to get poly bushes from?

Help!

I need to get some polybushes for my trailing arms. Where can i get them from?

Now to complicate matters, if i can get some non-standard ones i'd be even happier - i want ones that will replace the triumph herald bush but use as 12mm bolt instead of the triumph 3/8ths.

If you call rally design I'm sure they will have them.

Hi your going to find it hard to get Triumph replacement with a 12mm bore. Both super flex and the rallydesighn polly race ones that replace Triumph come with either a 3/8 or 7/16 bore. Although you can bore the 7/16 bush centres out to 12mm. Just done this conversion on a car in the workshop.
What width are your brackets internaly. 1 1/2" is the common size used with Triumph bushes. As per westfield ect.

Cheers Matt

Edit Do you already have trailing arms / Outer bushing tubes or are going to make them to suit the bushes.

Thought about contacting you Matt. Thanks for the answers.

I already have some trailing arms. I'm basically replacing the mounts on the chassis and axle (long story, basically fitting escort axle and instead of replacing 1 chassis mount i messed up, doing them all using a second set of axle brackets).

As everyone does the axle brackets bored to 12mm bolts it seemed easier to change the bushes than make my own 3/8ths brackets.

(although i did wonder about drilling the brackets to 14mm and then getting my dad to make a reducer down from 14mm to 3/8 on the lathe)

edited to add, haven't bought the axle brackets yet, going to get them off ebay and OBP or cassenova (or what ever they're called). If anyone knows where i can get axle brackets drilled for 3/8ths bolts at a reasonable price. I asked OBP and they wanted 45 quid a pair!

I can vouch for Casarva. Got my trailing arms, axle bracket set, poly bushes and more from them the other week and they were all fantastic quality. Give Matt a call and tell him what you want.
