Brakes

Reading a recent posting I see that it is recommended to only use silicon brake fluid if spec'd. I have fitted Wilwood four pot calipers to the front with the recommended race spec brake fluid in the system, will this damage the Sierra standard rear caliper and master cylinder seals?.
