GTS DeDion Width

I believe Darren does two widths of Dedion, Sierra and Escort (Challenger IIRC).
I picked up a 2nd hand unused one which measures 1355mm across the hub
mount face.

Which one have I got ?

here's Darren's numbers, I'm sure he'll remember which it is or will be able to look it up.

If I remember I will measure mine for you. Either that or DL the plans for the de dion from my website and find out what width that is. Those plans are for an escort width de dion to use modded sierra halfshafts.

Full width Sierra axle mounts on to a 1360mm axle, so yours is a standard one.

Cheers for the offer Wyn but it's not a case of it being wrong. I'm not bothered what width
it is as long as I make/buy front bones to suit. I don't mind wide or standard track as long
as it's the same both ends.

I've now realised that I now don't know what size bones will suit on a book chassis!

Can I just add.

You also have to consider the width of the mounting brackets too.
There's one which is full width to suit a +4 chassis and there's one which is full width to suit a book chassis. Mounting point for the radius arms are totally different.
