Alloy sierra rear hubs
The sierra rear hub bearing carriers are seriously heavy.
Does anyone have experience in getting castings made in aluminium? Costs?
I presume there would be a minimum run so is anyone else interested in bare castings/fully machined versions?

i'd be careful, none of the ones shown so far have the caliper mounting holes or are they not on the std sierra hub (somewhere separate?), on my
cossie rear hubs there are intergrated into the casting
I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

All the ones shown are drum brake type hubs then you just use an adaptor plate to fit the caliper to.

Anyone know if using these with bolt on drive shafts is an issue?

I bought some.
They are for lobro/bolt in shafts ie disc brakes with the caliper mounted elsewhere. To fit them with the drum type or wilwood drum kit would take a
lot of machining.
I sent mine back.
