Drive Flange
Hi
Anyone know if the drive flange for a ford escort english axle is the same as that of a ford sierra?
What Im wondering is that will a propshaft thats made to suit the escort axle fit the sierra diff?

Short answer.....No...................well, not really!
The std escort english axle flange won't fit the sierra diff, but the "atlas" flange (i.e. capri/cortina etc) will fit the sierra
diff.
You need a prop from a atlas axled escort rally car, quite common s/h at rally spares places.

oh well never never mind
I saw one on ebay that mates up to a fiat t/c gearbox and thought I might have saved myself a bit of money/hassle
