Brake Balance Bar
I have a quick question i ahve a brake pedal with a balance bar and 2 master cylinders.
how do you fix the all together as the clevises are now connected to the pedal, The master cylinders are bolted to the firewall, I can't see how
you screw the master cylinder rod into the clevises
Hope that makes sense

Do you mean how to connect the rods to the clevises? I may be wrong but the master cylinder rods should be free to turn, and you just screw them into
the clevises with a pliers clamping onto the non-threaded part of the rod.
Hope that helps

but the rubber gaiter turns with the rod and will split/tear, maybe the manufacturer clipped the gaiter to the rod too tight?

Remove the gaiter clip before turning the pushrods - they won't need pliers.
