Alfa 3ltr V6+home made bellhousing+standard Ford clutch plate+random 2nd hand Type9 box+home made prop+random english axle+DRAG STRIP=?????????
Guess which popped yesterday???

Halfshafts, I've known them pop out or snap randomly if toooo much exercise is given.

IT WAS THE DIFF!!

I'll go and get some piccies as soon as I persuade my toddler to stop painting the house with Weetabix.

This was a quick spin around the block just to see if the car would move under its own steam.....

scoobyis2cool, that Alfa 156 is a 2ltr twinspark that has sat there in disgrace since the selespeed gear box stopped working!! I'll have to get shot of it soon!!

Hi If using an english diff with anything over 150bhp. It would pay to have it built to competition spec including a solid spacer. Will then be good for 250bhp.
