Sierra front wheel bearing

I have just changed the front wheel bearing. It is now a little stiff.

Is this usual and the new seal etc will loosen up a bit? Or am I doing it again?

Cheers

Front left on mine was tight when replaced.

It loosened up nicely, but I check it regularly in case it starts having a problem.

They can feel tight especially if you trying it with the bare hub? It'll free off with use.

...it would help if you had a wheel to borrow and try on it... oops!

Hi Adi

After building up both front and rear hubs I have measured the clearance of the calipers. The front Midilites take up less space than the Powerlite handbrake calipers. So I guess that means they will fit.

Cheers
