Fury Rose Joints

Hello All,

Recently purchased an RGB Fisher Fury. I'm just giving it a once over before getting out on track and have discovered some Rose Joints that need replacing.

Can anyone tell me the thread and size of the outer Rose Joints for the rear suspension of an IRS Fury? I've checked the build manual online and it doesn't have this info.

Cheers

Tim

I would speak to Steve at Fury Sportscars but it is likely to be 1/2" UNF.

The one I rebuilt had 1/2" UNF rod end joints everywhere.
But you would be best to take them off and check the size and thread.

Thanks to both... i'll speak to Steve @ Fury on Monday, was hoping to get them off the car today and wanted to know what to compare them against. 1/2" UNF is a good starting point.

Cheers

I'm really glad Steve has the project. When I got my original Fisher fury (including a rolling chassis build), all the suspension fittings were 1/2" UNF, but they'd drilled 12mm holes and fitted 12mm bolts. Needless to say, it needed a lot of spanner checks and used to get quite sloppy at the back.

I've now replaced everything with 1/2".

You can imagine how livid I got.
