Top swivel joint reference?

Can anyone tell me a proper part number for the top swivel joint for an original 'book' Locost? I need a new one.

Uncle Ron called it a "right-hand threaded track rod from a Ford Transit van" - so I know it has a right-handed thread as I remember tapping the top wishbone ages ago! Does that track rod come from the offside or nearside of the van? Or are they the same on both sides? (I'd forgotten how vague Uncle Ron's book could be at times...)

Cheers.

It's amazing what you can find when you have one bit of the puzzle (in this case, the QH number):

Locost Top Ball Joint -- Transit 1965 to 84 Drag Link End Right Hand Thread
Ford Part Number :17996516
QH (Quinton Hazel) Part Number QD1117RHT
AP (Automotive Products) Part Number TA298
Moprod Part number MDL1117R
Heyd Part Number F22.73
Lemforder Part Number 000.111.017.536
Redaelli Part Number F35
TRW Part Number 15ES0874
TVA Part Number F7.1
Unipart Part Number GSJ112
Frap Part Number 168
Ehreneich Part Number 022-8146-134-291

(Taken from a much earlier LocostBuilders post (about 100 years ago, I think )

Even older than that it comes from a list i stuck in the files section old Yahoo group --- about 12-13 years back. original source was the QH parts book cross reference.

Just placed my order with Unipart (arrives tomorrow from their warehouse) - £7 +VAT, which I didn't think was too bad.
