Brake fitting thread for English Axle

Just about to order some new fittings to renew the brake pipes on my spare English axle and was wondering if they were metric or UNF fittings? Anyone know?

MK2 all Metric -- double ended wheel cylinders
MK1 was UNF --- floating single piston wheel cylinders, late models had double ended wheel cylinders with UNF threads.
However as MK1 van production continued for a couple of months after the MK2 saloon was introduced some very late MK1 van axles had double ended wheel cylinders rear wheel cylinders with metric threads..

Cheers for that. As I have no idea what the axle is from I'll just buy both types and see which fits.

If you have 8" barkes and wheel cylinder are it will most likely be metric .
Alloy floating single piston wheel cylinders are always UNF
