Steering rack reconditioners

Can anyone recommend a firm who would recondition the steering rack from my Reliant Kitten please?

Thank you

John

Any decent motor factors should be able to help. Is it a Triumph rack ? I would have thought it’s easy to DIY?

For a manual rack I've replaced tie rods, gaiters and tie rod ends myself before. Not difficult work.

If you want new actual rack and pinion fitted and any tension setting then you may want a firm to do it for you. That way you should get a warranty of some kind with it.

Alternatively does no one do an exchange option?

Thank you both for your replies. Initially, I'm going to have a go at doing it myself as people who know say parts are available and it's a straightforward job. We'll see!
