f27 suspension setup/Ride height

With my suspension adjusted to manufacturers spec giving 4 inch clearance which i assume to be bottom chassis to road, the wishbones and track rod angle up towards wheel maybe 5/10 degrees.5 inch clearance makes them horizontal.Which is correct? Also anyone know how to correctly size the length of dampers and springs?
thanks to david for his input

F27 suspension setup

I feel you need to raise your ride height so that the lower wishbone is horizontal. Check that your lower ball joint is tight as this can also make a difference. If your lower wisbone is horizontal then idealy you want your top wishbone running down from the top of the stub axle to the chassis.
