Stuart Taylor pedal box

I'm using one of these and need to put locknuts on the balance bar. Anyone else got one and know what the thread is?

Cheers,

Eddy

Is this for SVA?

If so just put a roll pin in (drill down through the clevis that screws onto the mc rods and straight through the balance bar) . This is what I did. Easy to remove later.

Just looked at the nuts. I think they are 12mm but the thread is narrower than any of my other known bolts. I think it may be 1.0 thread pitch.

btw, if I understand jimgiblett's reply correctly I think I have done more or less the same as him: with the balance bar out of the car I drilled through both the clevises (if that is what the things that threads onto the bar are called) while on the bar in the right position and fixed them with split pins. In fact I drilled several sets of holes, turning the clevises an equal number of times before drilling, so theoretically I can set the balance at different points just by removing the pins and winding the bar along.
