You can get a 3.54 for the English variety, which aint half suited to a blade engine.

Not sure about the ZZR - the 3.54 is the highest available - I have a CBR thou and I have had to dismantle and go to Sierra based (3.14) deDion. I could still use a higher ratio. You need to do some sums with tyre size and drive ratios - there are postings on here with links which will help.

If you go wide with a Capri LSD I think you can get a 3.09.

I think that is what Jasper fitted in the end to his ZX9 locost.

Jasper you still here ?

Toyota corolla/celica had a wide range of live axles fron 3.36 to 4.3, some with LSD. hI'm using a celica 3.46. Huge aftermarket for lightweight calipers/rotors etc due to its use in the dwarf cars. I have a book which decodes the diff ratio fron the VIN if you need it let me know
Rob

Edit; I have seen 2.9 advertised too, although I think they are like hens teeth

Will top out at just over 121mph according to the gear calc spreadsheet (available for download on the Yahoo BEC list), that is assuming an 11k red line and 205/60-13 tyres, and obviously assuming the gear ratio figures are correct!

For comparison that is around 6mph lower than a blade and 4mph lower than an R1 with the same setup, so not too bad at all.
