Are Saxo wheels ford 108 pcd????

Yes. ET16 for 13" & 14" sizes.
Citroen, Peugeot and Ford share the same 4-stud PCD, but the Ford centre bore is smaller, meaning you can fit Pug/Citroen to Ford, but not the other
way round.

if your fitting a wheel with a bigger center bore, its a good idea to fit something called spigot rings, to make the centre a nice fit.
