What size fan with polo radiator?

No joy finding an answer to this one. What size fan fits the Polo/Lupo rad?
Am I right in thinking they run as a push fan and not pull?
Does anyone have a Pacet fitted?

Rgds
Rich

I would just get a fan big enough to fit, i.e. just smaller than the width/height of the core.

I got a fan from Carbuilder Solutions and fitted in pull mode on the engine side of my Polo rad. It seems to do the trick i.e cools the engine down after cutting in

I too have CBS 10 inch fan on the back of my Polo rad pulling air through it and it seems to work well.

I bought a Polo rad and fitted this fan from this supplier. Seems compact, lightweight and a good fit and also a very reasonable price.

Thanks for the replies. So an 11" will fit ok?

Ill have a hunt about for a reasonably priced push fan as it will be mounted on the front face of the rad.

Cheers

I got a "budget" fan from Stafford Vehicle Components (295mm x 318mm, configured as a puller, at £30 + £7 P&P). I paid another £8 for a set of Pacet fixings ... a little over the odds I suspect, but an excellent fixing solution. The fan *just* fits on the back of the radiator, and works superby.

Hope that helps
Cheers
