Cough*Wheel Size*Cough, Cough
I almost daren't ask as I've seen this posted loads of times and I know its been mentioned in the 'what not to post on
Locostbuilders' thread but I can't find out what I wanna know. I'm useless with that search button! I have the chance of some cheap
wheels and tyres which are 195/50 and 15" with a 37 offset and a rim width of 7J. Will these fit though? I've a book chassis with Sierra
hubs and calipers all round. Again apologies up front

Yup. Wheel size (ignoring Syd for a mo ) is pretty much up to what fits over your brakes. And these should well do. If you not sure, try to measure
the widest point you have, probably calliper across to disc, and see if this fits inside the wheel. Oh, make sure the stud pattern is correct too.

Agreed, they sound like a good size for the road (it's what I'm using). Standard Sierra offset is 38, so 1mm ain't worth bothering
about. You'll also get the best choice of tyres at reasonable prices in that size.

De Dion rear axle. As for the 'forbidden questions' I think its a great thread, very amusing, but with deep underlying truths. It seems
I've asked just about all of them questions myself
Thanks though to all.
