Anyone know anything about audi driveshafts

like which ones are interchangeable between different cars

or does anyone know a website that lists the bear driveshafts with out CV's on them so i could compare part numbers, which might help

May be of assistance to any Audi owners if you could tell us which models you'd like to interchange between? Might have to be a scrapyard and tape measure job.
The best way to find out'll be to see which models shared floorpans/drivetrains, possibly from a user group forum?

well its the rear righthand side driveshaft in a audi 90 2.2 quattro 1988 and the driveshafts in question that might beable to replace it are audi 100 1982 2.2E CS

It's interesting that the CV joint partnumber is the same for Audi, Scorpio & Porsche (some 911) So maybe driveshafts can be mixed and matched with Sierra, Scorpio ones. I tried Porsche 911 driveshafts and they mate perfectly to Scorpio CV joints.
